franki is an ambitious emerging haircutting and color specialist in pdx with an affinity for texture enhancing cuts, creative color placements, and a love for all things styling (natural and enhanced). authentic self expression and radical self acceptance are their main priorities when it comes to being a hairstylist. whether you’re looking for something laid back and low maintenance, you’re dedicated to regular upkeep, or looking for a huge transformation, they want to help curate a truer and more confident version of yourself. franki’s chair is a safe space, and they are committed to creating a trusting and grounded environment where their clients feel like they can show up as their authentic selves.
CANCELLATION POLICY
franki kindly requests 48 hours of notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services. 50% of your appointment will be charged as a fee for a late cancellation. cancellations or reschedules within 8 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 75% charge. no-shows will be charged 100% of their service and will be unable to book with franki in the future (accommodations provided for extreme circumstances). *last minute bookings are subject to cancellation policy thank you for understanding that it can be difficult to fill your spot with late notice. please contact me as soon as you know you can't make your appointment. *a payment card is required to make an appointment, you will NOT be charged during scheduling. if this prevents you from booking please reach out for accommodations.* -> special circumstances <- **sick policy** if you develop flu or cold symptoms after the 48 hour cut off, please cancel your appointment and help keep the salon illness free <3 if your spot is filled, no fee will be charged, otherwise regular policy applies. **weather policy** if franki can't make it to the salon and buses are delayed or not running, you will not be expected to come in. keep an eye out for updates.
